Terms and Conditions

• In accordance to Velaur’s Privacy Policy, Velaur will not distribute any personally identifiable information to other people or companies outside of Velaur unless a customer provides a written exception for a specific service request to do so. However, Velaur will share personally identifiable information without permission in order to investigate any probable suspicions concerning illegal or threatening activities and/or other company and law violations.
• Velaur has the right to edit and remove any uploaded and transmitted content  (i.e. data, text, photographs, graphics, etc.) that is not in accordance to Velaur’s policies, terms, and customer agreements. Any violation or abuse, intentional or unintentional, of Velaur’s policies, terms, and/or customer agreements will temporarily or permanently (depending on degree of offense) forbid users from Velaur’s website and services without any prior warning.
• Velaur also has the right to change or update its policies, terms, and/or customer agreements at any time. All changes or updates will immediately appear on the appropriate page of Velaur’s website. Failure to comply to Velaur’s changes or updates will result in possible suspension or termination of account, in addition to any other penalties and consequences in accordance to local, state, and national laws.
• Velaur is not responsible for any content (i.e. data, text, photographs, graphics, etc.) privately or publicly uploaded and transmitted by a customer through Velaur’s website. Any uploaded or transmitted content that constitutes as a criminal offense and/or violates any local, state, national, or international law is the sole responsibility of the customer who has uploaded the content, not Velaur. Penalties and consequences towards said customer will be in accordance to local, state, and national laws.
• Velaur is also not responsible for any uploaded and transmitted content (i.e. data, text, photographs, graphics, etc.) that is faulty in accuracy, integrity, and/or quality. Any sold content that contains errors or omissions and/or causes loss or damage expenses is the sole responsibility of the customer who has sold the content, not Velaur. Penalties and consequences towards said customer will be in accordance to local, state, and national laws.
• Customer Agreement:
  • As a Velaur customer, you are allowed to share your uploaded content with other people and/or companies in the jewelry trade. With that said, please be continuously aware of and familiarized with Velaur’s policies, terms, and customer agreements before utilizing Velaur’s website, as they are subject to change without notice. All changes or updates will immediately appear on the appropriate page of Velaur’s website. Failure to comply to Velaur’s changes or updates will result in possible suspension or termination of account, in addition to any other penalties and consequences in accordance to local, state, and national laws.
  • As a Velaur customer, you are responsible for any and all of your content (i.e. data, text, photographs, graphics, etc.) privately or publicly uploaded and transmitted through Velaur’s website. Any uploaded or transmitted content that constitutes as a criminal offense and/or violates any local, state, national, or international law is solely your responsibility as the customer who has uploaded such content, not Velaur. Penalties and consequences for unconstitutional uploaded and/or transmitted content will be in accordance to local, state, and national laws. 
  • As a Velaur customer, you are liable to any and all penalties and consequences under local, state, and national laws should you take part in any of the following actions that negatively affect Velaur’s reputation, website, and/or other Velaur customers:
    • Any and all illicit, hostile, profane, and/or discriminatory content uploaded or transmitted through Velaur’s website.
    • Any and all unapproved copyrighted material, including but not limited to links, data, text, photographs, and graphics. Copyrighted material is acceptable if Velaur receives written permission from a legal owner to freely distribute said material.
    • Any and all impersonations of another person and/or company, including but not limited to impersonating a Velaur employee, a Velaur website moderator, or another Velaur customer.
    • Any and all evidence of solicitation, including but not limited to unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, junk or spam mail, and/or pyramid schemes.
    • Any and all materials uploaded or transmitted through Velaur’s website that intentionally interrupt, limit, or destroy the functionality of Velaur’s computer software and hardware or telecommunication equipment. Prohibited materials include but are not limited to viruses, codes, files, and/or programs.
    • Any and all collection, distribution, and/or storage of personally identifiable information of other Velaur customers.
